We accomplish this by completing the work in phases to avoid entirely closing vital access routes to your parking lot and entrances.  We can also complete some phases before or after hours when certain situations won't allow for the work to be completed during regular business hours.  Another way we minimize the disruption to your business is to avoid tearing out more old concrete than we can pour back the same day.   We have noticed that some contractors tear out the old concrete, then leave the job, planning to pour back the new concrete the next day, or even several days later.  This delay increases the amount of down time for your parking lot, and increases the amount of inconvenience to you and your customers.  

Our concrete replacement services always include proper traffic control devices and barricading, cleanup of all debris and materials, backfilling, seeding and mulching, and finally removing all traffic control and barricades after proper cure time.
